摘要：

This text aims to reflect on the influence the Information Society and the development of the digitization of communications are having on the evolution of youth policies in European and Spanish societies. In particular, the text examines the importance that New Information Technologies and Communication may have in adjusting youth policies, in their process of economic emancipation, and in their access to new social participation forms.
