摘要
This short article intends to offer an approach to the pedagogical issue in the practice of Law. It is motivated by the question regarding why, if Law is intimately and deeply connected to life, fulfilling it many times seems to be a sign of restraint, aggression and suppression of life. This leads to explore a change in the way of raising questions and practicing answers based on the idea that it is not enough to criticize legal imagination, but that we must move forward and put that imagination in its replication process and, therefore, in the pedagogical fact of the legal culture replication.
