摘要
Project management have been part of everyday life of many companies throughout the corporate world. More specifically, risk management can be considered as one of the most important areas of knowledge for project management of new product development in the chemical industry. The purpose of this article is to analyze the scientific literature about risk management linked to corporate strategy for new product development projects in the chemical industry. As a result, the study evidenced an analysis of clusters, where the main cluster involves authors that work at risk management for NPD projects in the chemical industry focusing on innovation topics, technology and strategies for identifying risks. In the other clusters are treated Stage-gate themes for product development processes; business strategy; factors that affect the success of product development projects, and ultimately, applications of theories and models of decision support in project portfolio, risk analysis and choice of the best decision making.
