摘要：

Comparative legal science has never ceased, since its birth in 1900, to question and reflect on its own methodological and epistemological foundation. However, there are no complete theories on the subject. Interdisciplinarity, in particular through the adaptation of theories developed by other sciences, such as fuzzy logic, and the abandonment of the systemic approach are some of the current trends supported by the most innovative doctrine, which are examined in this article.
