摘要：
This text aims at presenting basic elements for definition and management of a Political and Pedagogical Project in High Education Institutions. It analyses purposes and presents the premises to be considered during the construction of Course Pedagogical Projects. It also highlights the need to articulate Course Pedagogical Projects with the Institutional Development Plan and Institutional Pedagogical Proposal.
