POLITICAL MEMORY AND VIOLENCE IN COLOMBIA. THE POLITICAL AND SOCIAL FRAMEWORKS OF THE HISTORYCAL MEMORY RECONSTRUCTION IN OUR COUNTRY

In this review article, I intend to deal with an overall view of violence and the armed conflict in Colombia, and some of the approaches to this subject which has been made by scholars. This will allow me to understand the social and political frames of the recovery processes of historical memory that are being carried out in Colombia presently. The article ends with a brief mention to the studies and the academic, organizational and state-owned practices on historical memory in Colombia.
