摘要
Relability of constructional materials is defined by processes of ratsionny radiation. Radiatoing leads to change uniform deformations of materials. Radiation leads to change uniform deformations of materials. We establish the cause of the localized deformation of irradiated materials. The paper presents the research of laws dimensional changes. Studies of changes in the magnetic properties of stainless steel irradiant by neutrons. Developed a non-invasive method of observation of plastic deformation. Developed a method of measurement using electro-optical extensometer. The values of the coefficients for the localization of deformation of steel specimens.
