摘要：

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) less than 3 cm in diameter rarely metastasizes. In this report, we present the case of a metastatic RCC in which the primary tumor was 1.6 cm. We further review the relevant literature to highlight this rare but important clinical presentation. (C) 2016 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Inc.
