摘要
The most effective treatments for borderline personality disorder consist of specialized psychotherapies specifically developed for this clinical population. All current methods have been described as separate programs, often identified by 3-letter acronyms. However, examination of the evidence points to strong commonalities between all therapies shown to be effective in clinical trials. This supports the principle of developing an integrated psychotherapy for borderline personality disorder, combining the most useful interventions from all sources.
