摘要：
The paper deals with the problem of negative attitude to law in Russia. On the basis of the distinctive features of Russian law philosophy, it is said about the archetype character of the referred phenomenon. The author reveals cultural relationship between different doctrines in Russian law philosophy (legal, cultural, moral) in historical-philosophical aspect.
