摘要
Oleylamine and stearylamine, two cationic amphiphilic drugs, strongly increase phosphatidylserine synthesis in human T cells. The two compounds had little effect on either phosphatidylcholine or phosphatidylethanolamine synthesis. A decrease in the formation of phosphatidylethanolamine through decarboxylation of phosphatidylserine was observed, but this effect is only marginally involved in increased phosphatidylserine synthesis, The high incorporation of [H-3]-serine into phosphatidylserine is a protein kinase C independent process and is due to a synergy of either oleylamine or stearylamine with calcium ions.
