摘要：
The method of the study of the effectiveness of the system of risk-management at the enterprises of industry is represented. It is proven that the expenditures for control system of risks should be produced to the period, until the limiting values of result, obtained due to the reduction of risks, are equaled with the expenses, produced for their further reduction.
