NONCATALYTIC COPROCESSING OF SOUTH-AMERICAN COAL IN A PETROLEUM VACUUM RESIDUE

摘要
Six subbituminous coals from Brazil, Columbia and for comparison South-Africa in standard mixture with a petroleum-vacuumresidue (arabian heavy) are autoclave reacted under 9 MPa H-2 initial, at 410-degrees-C to 460-degrees-C for residence times from 0 to 120 min (435-degrees-C). Results are presented recalculated for added coal (dmf) or directly total feed (dmf). Process parameters of 440-degrees-C, 60 min residence time, and a hydrogen pressure below 10 MPa with the addition of a suitable coal are sufficient for a coprocessing-oil yield, based on total feed, close to 70% at a product gas formation below 10%.
