摘要：

This work presents a failures interactive effects analysis in a process, by means of simulations experiments. The chosen process is a hypothetical system, simulated through software Promodel (R). Two conceptual models are generated, representing the system (mapping process) and the failures considered in system (Fault Tree Analysis). These conceptual models are translated in a computerized model, for the analysis of individual and combined effects on the variable "number of produced pieces". This experimentation is designed through DOE (Design of Experiments), verifying if main and combined effects among process failure, for a defined significance level, may be accepted or rejected.
