摘要：

Television Link Monitoring system presents necessary information for operation and supervision of NTT television program relay service, using a monitor set, aiming at decrease in outage time and network control reinforcement. This system has been under commercial test in the Tokyo-Nagoya-Osaka route since April 1979. Major features are described.
