摘要
The objective of the research called "Comparative Study between Free Virtual Platforms and Proprietary Virtual Platform of the University de Boyaca" is to identify free virtual platform that allow implementing the virtual pedagogical guidelines of the Universidad de BoyacA. This task is address from an objectivist epistemological perspective, through platform selection, identification of dimensions and factors to include in evaluation, d sign and validation of evaluation formats. This was done through the evaluation of the current platform of the University of Boyaca, Colombia. The obtained results allowed adjusting the formats, and establishing that the institution needs a change of the platform which currently supports e-learning and b-learning courses.
