摘要：
Humic acids from topsoils of the Venezuelan plains (Llanos) were fractionated by gel chromatography on Sephadex G-25 and G-50 using distilled water or buffer Tris HCl (pH 9.0) as eluents. The obtained fractions exhibit differences in fluorescence and E4/E6 and f:a ratios, with the high molecular weight fraction showing low values. © 1990.
