An electric power load-dispatching model was developed for Du Pont's Savannah River Plant. This model economically optimizes the distribution of load simultaneously supplied by power produced at each of the three area generation stations and the amount of power purchased from South Carolina Electric and Gas Company. An iterative, mixed-integer linear programming technique is used to find the optimal" solution. © 1979."
