摘要
This paper presents the Japanese view of the production through the basic principle of production management by dividing the activities into those that create value and those that generate waste, and types of waste that occur in the processes. The Deming cycle, which is the basis for the implementation of any kind of improvement, is theoretically explained. In the final section of the paper, one of the possible ways of implementation through eleven points is presented and is divided into two parts. The first part consists of the activities that precede a particular action while the second part consists of the points that relate to solving specific problems.
