摘要
It is suggested that turbulence should be treated as a kind of macroscopic viscosity whose main effect is dissipation of energy. It is shown that turbulent motion could only be accounted within the framework of threedimensional motion. The equation for the (proper) turbulence is derived. © 1968 Springer-Verlag.
