摘要
Thermal diffusivity measurements at grain scale in anisotropic materials. A modulated photothermal method, laser induced photoreflectance, is used to measure thermal diffusivities of anisotropic materials with a spatial resolution of a few micrometers. The presented application concerns metallic alloys in which the thermal anisotropy and the directions of the conductivity axes ave evaluated.
