摘要：
The social construction of gender and the fact Of gendered institutions and organisations is in the feminist discourse one of the central premises. Therefore the article is concerned with the historical continuity of the gendered state, which is nevertheless by the malestream-political-science usually seen without gender. The articel reviews the development of feminist critique on the male state and the attempts of putting forward a feminist theory of the state.
