摘要
The nonlinearity in the flux-flow process due to the finite energy relaxation rate of the quasiparticles has been studied in the mixed state of epitaxial c-axis oriented YBa2Cu3O7-delta films. The inelastic quasiparticle scattering rate was found to decrease rapidly with decreasing temperature below T-c.
