摘要
Coulomb excitation of 45Sc has been studied with 25 MeV 16O and 40 MeV 35Cl ions. From thick-target yields of de-excitation gamma rays, B(E2) ↑ = 70±7, 81±20 and 330±100 e2 · fm4 has been deduced for the 376, 720 and 1237 keV levels, respectively; B(E1) ↓ = (1.47±0.15) × 10-4 e2 · fm2 has been deduced for the 376 → 12 keV transition. From a measurement of the angular distribution of de-excitation gamma rays, J(720 keV) = 5 2 has been assigned. © 1969.
