摘要
This paper shows a contribution to the solution of the problem of retrieving of official land public information, as has been established in Venezuelan state politics since 2001 with the creation and maintenance of the official land Registry and the subsequent joint venture with, the Instituto Geografico de Venezuela Simon Bolivar (IGVSB), the Oficinas Municipales de Catastro (OMCs), the Registros Publicos (RPs) and organized communities. Interoperability among these institutions requires conceptual consistency through a variety of technical, semantic and institutional parameters that may be supported by the class specification and ontological relations of the Semantic Web. Here we propose a web semantic ontology with all the classes and relations to provide that service and a software agent, Gea, to consult, organize, guide the search and recover land information in the domain of the Public Registry and in the domain of the Venezuelan Cadaster, both integrated into one: the domain of the "Registro Catastral". The ontology implies a shared vocabulary for such an integrated domain to which the component that interprets the user's unstructured textual query has access. This component also processes the query through a domain specific grammar, and generates a set of actions to be executed by the agent as response to the query. This response is sent to an agent's wrapper that will execute its methods and access the geospatial database, to finally attend the user query, sending the results to user interface in the web. To build the ontology, the Methontology was applied. We conclude that an ontology defined for the Venezuelan cadastrial registry domain may facilitate the development of application oriented to the Semantic Web and for land information recovery.
