摘要
The effectiveness of the interaction between nonlegumes and nitrogen-fixing bacteria can be evaluated in terms of data on each stage of development of the association. Appropriate formulas are presented. Nitrogen-fixing bacteria were isolated from the root zone of wheat by the proposed approach and their abundance was determined. The relationship between the activity of associative nitrogen fixation and the genome structure of wheat is determined.
