摘要
Many businesses make expensive mistakes that can cost them a fortune. Unfortunately these mistakes are often repeated again and again! Business is increasingly challenging and moving fast - these two issues make the mistakes even more likely to happen. This article identifies the mistakes to avoid and suggests strategies and actions to help businesses avoid making those mistakes. Pricing, unsurprisingly, is one particularly troublesome mistake.
