摘要
The stress state arising in the near-surface layers of a material as a result of friction was investigated. The stress-strain state in a model composite material with included continuous high-modulus fibers was evaluated. The relationship between stress concentration, ratio of the matrix and inclusion mechanical properties, and the concentration and distribution of inclusions was determined. The regions of elevated stress in the material which are most susceptible to the initiation of destructive processes were identified.
