摘要：

Specific antibody raised against nuclear polyhedrosis virus (NPV) has been used for the detection of the virus disease in silkworm. The agglutination reactions were positive and could be visualized directly up to a titre of antigen 1x10(8) polyhedra/ml and antiserum 1:2000.
