摘要
The pressure dependences of cross sec̀tional areas of the Fermi surface of Sb are obtained from de Haas-van Alphen measurements in solid and fluid He. Contrary to expectation, the behavior of the Fermi surface of Sb with pressure differs from that of Bi. Our results when combined with the assumption of carrier compensation, appear to substantiate the results of a new method due to Brandt, Mininia and Pospelov for determination of the pressure dependence of the carrier density in semimetals. © 1969.
