摘要：

We report here on the synthesis of some new phthalazinone derivatives via interaction of 4-biphenyl-1-(2H) phthalazinene with some electrophiles and nucleophiles and a study of the chemical reactivity of these compounds which exhibit lactam-lactim dynamic equilibrium as well. The structure of compounds 1-10 was confirmed by elemental analysis and spectra data.
