摘要
The relative turnover rate of proteins of the inner and outer mitochondrial membranes and of the microsomal fraction of rat liver have been estimated by a double isotope procedure. Outer mitochondrial membrane proteins turn over more rapidly than inner mitochondrial membrane proteins. Microsomal proteins have a turnover rate similar to that of the outer mitochondrial membrane. © 1969.
