摘要：
A new rectenna circuit is described. The rectenna circuit uses a bow-tie antenna integrated with a diode. The newly developed bow-tie rectenna has a high conversion efficiency, is broadband, is not sensitive to the angle of the incident field, has a good match to its circuit, and behaves as a low-pass filter for dc output. A microwave-to-dc conversion efficiency of 79% has been achieved at 2.45 GHz. (C) 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
