摘要：
An approach to the stereocontrolled synthesis of P-homochiral thiooligoribonucleotide: (Rp,Rp)- and (Sp,Sp)-diastereomers of uridinylyl (3',5')uridinylyl(3',5')uridine di(O,O-phosphorothioate) (9) is decribed. The influence of 2'-protection on the efficiency and stereochemistry of the coupling reaction is discussed.
