摘要
Different strategies of treatment for invasive fungal infections (IFI) have been discussed on april 2011 during the annual congress of the EBMT. A prophylactic treatment is indicated for patients receiving an intensive chemotherapy for acute leukemia or a hematopoietic stem cell allograft. Posaconazole, with its particular pharmacokinetic properties and large spectrum, is validated in this indication. The preemptive strategy for the treatment of IFI, based on early diagnosis elements, has not proved to be equivalent to an empiric strategy for high risk patients.
