摘要：
A rapid and efficient method is described for the extraction of ganoderic acids from Ganoderma lucidum by means of a small Sep-Pak C18 cartridge. The application of high-performance liquid chromatography to determine the chemical compositions of strains of Ganoderma lucidum is also reported.
