摘要
1. 1. High affinity Ca2+ binding was considerably inhibited by antimycin A + rotenone in 4-hr-aged rat liver mitochondria. 2. 2. Two kinds of high-affinity binding sites, energy independent and dependent or inhibitor-sensitive and a small amount of Ca2+ transport, are supposed to exist. 3. 3. 28, 41, 2 and 5% of the loaded Ca2+ was extracted with the stepwise extraction with 0.25 M sucrose, distilled water, 0.2 M KCl, and chloroform-methanol (2:1), respectively and 24% of the Ca2+ remained in the mitochondria. © 1979.
