摘要：

A computer program for analysis of chromosomes has been written which allows human intervention at critical points to correct errors due to imperfect algorithms. The human also handles the problem of overlapping chromosomes. Conventional methods of assigning chromosomes to groups, in which each chromosome is considered independently, are inadequate. Several alternatives are discussed. © 1969.
