SIMULATION OF FLEXIBLE MANUFACTURING SYSTEMS WITH NEW CONTROL PRINCIPLES

FMS, CAD/CAM, JIT, KANBAN, CIM - are only a small part of the terms widely used nowadays. and the development of which is not only a temporary tendency, but a very important task as a result of growing problems at the world market. Changes arising from this must be accepted also by the theory and the practice of planning and operation of the FMS including its integral part - the digital simulation the principles of which must step-by-step integrate with the real principles of manufacturing control, This paper describes a new concept of FMS-simulation with the use of the load oriented manufacturing control principles.
