Thermal conductivities of nearly equlmolar, gaseous mixtures of methane with carbon dioxide and nitrogen are measured by using a coaxial cylinder conductivity cell. Results obtained in the same apparatus for pure methane are within 3 % of the thermal conductivities predicted by using the correlation of Hanley et al. © 1979, American Chemical Society.
