摘要
The result of the human intervention in the territories has been provoking great and significant modifications in the social and economical dynamics of the place, with prominence for communities of low Index of Human Development (IDH), starting from the social actors' participation involved in these processes,. The present article has as general objective: to analyze the dynamics of formation of the social capital, to the light of Melo Neto and Froes's model (2002). It presents the introduction, followed peak theoretical discussion about social capital, local development and local productive arrangement. In the item fifth the methodological procedures are presented, adopting a research of qualitative nature, through a study of only case. The found results pointed the existence of a dynamics of development of the Social Capital, in the community in study, several of the model proposed by Melo Neto and Frees (2002).
