摘要
The main aim of this work is the evaluation of the collaboration that occurs in the Virtual Training Systems (VTS). The paper is a chapter of a broader analysis of the collaboration that occurs in such systems, which combine qualitative and quantitative indicators. Extensive studies warn of the need to introduce the perspective of the group in the world of business and organizations. The methodology used is the Social Network Analysis (SNA), considering that provides interesting qualitative indicators to complement others already developed functional indicators and statistical studies. We present the most applicable indicators to this field of VTSs and an application example that illustrates the method.
