摘要
This article describes the NVivo software usage in qualitative research. We present concepts related with computer assisted qualitative data analysis software in general and with NVivo, in particular. To present and exemplify the NVivo functionalities it was chosen a research that involved one hundred and fifty teachers during a distance learning course for interactive digital technologies. In this research the teachers had filled four questionnaires, during the four weeks course duration (one per week). At final it was fifty hundred and eighty filled questionnaires, because some teachers did not attend all training sessions. Based on this research description we present the basic NVivo functionalities, related with the three main research processes phases: the data preparation, the questionnaires responses codification and analysis and the research results report elaboration. In each phase descriptions it is presented NVivo screens fragments with the research data.
