摘要
A simultaneous multi-measuring device was used to investigate the dynamic characteristics of mechanical presses. In this device, four noncontact sensors in the vertical (z) direction was used to estimate precise inclination between the slide and the bolster. A three -demennsional load sensor was introduced to the mechanical press for the first time to get more detailed information. Measuring points in the z direction were located very near the die but not actual working area. In order to examine the propriety of measuring method by using the simultaneous multi-measuring device, the relation between the dynamic behavior of the slide and the accuracy of the product was investigated in the z direction. Copper cylinder was stamped varying the loading position. The results obtained are as follows; (1) As the loading position was shifted from front to rear, the diffrence of relative displacement between z1 and Z4, Z2 and z3 was decreased. At the loading position of 30mm shifted from the center of the die, the inclination of the C-frame was 0.01-degrees (2) As the loading position was shifted at 30mm right, left and front from the center of the die, the angle of inclination of the product was varied between about 82.9% to 87.5% of the one of the slide. (3) Load in horizontal (x and y) direction varied very sensetively by changing a small eccentric load.
