摘要：
Results from impedance measurements on a polycrystalline magnetite electrode in NaClO4 solution are presented as plots of capacitance and resistance against potential. In order to explain the curves semiconductor properties of the electrode must be taken into account. Mott-Schottky plots indicate a change in semiconductor behaviour. © 1979.
