This listing covers publications from 1990-1992. Some changes were made in this compilation Publications on basic disk chemistry are not included. The abstracts are edited and reduced to one to three sentences to shorten the length of the publication. Abstracts for papers published in IEEE Transactions on Power Delivery, and IEEE transactions on Power Systems are not included. References relevant for application of surge arresters are included, but not all aspects of low voltage applications are covered which will be included in a separate publication. Language of publication is English, unless indicated otherwise.
