摘要：
The through-space aromatic-aromatic ring interactions which are reported to play an important role in the protein folding and enzyme substrate complexing were examined using torsional strain-free cyclophanes, i.e., 3,12-dithia[4,4]metaparacyclophanes as model compounds.
