摘要
Ultrathin films of Bi2Sr2Can-1CunOy (n = 1 and 2) were grown in situ by molecular beam epitaxy technique. Even in the 1.5 nm-thick film of the n = 2 phase, incommensurate modulated structures at the Bi-O layer were observed by reflection high-energy electron diffraction. Laue oscillations in X-ray diffraction were clearly observed and they corresponded to the number of primitive cells along the deposited directions.
