摘要：
Coronary heart disease (IC) and idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC) are treated with ACE inhibitors, digitalis, and diuretics. However, in IDC the termination of alcohol consumption and oral anticoagulation are beneficial, while the adjunctive application of beta-blockers, calcium antagonists, and interferon alpha is still experimental.
