摘要
Powders and compacts of two differently processed high-purity stoichiometric BaTiO3 were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and Hg-penetration analyses. It is shown that wet processing using wet milling and subsequent wet pressing could produce uniform green compacts, and thus high final densities and uniform fine-grained final microstructures could be obtained. The development of flaws arising from binders in both processes has been described. © 1990.
